We are asking all our customers that plan on ordering desserts to do so ASAP! Our regulars have already begun to do so.
As most of you may know, we have been short staffed since COVID; therefore, we definitely will not be able to produce several hundred cakes as usual doing the holidays.

Also, commercially there continues to be problems with product availability and shortages within the food chain. In order that we may place our product orders early to ensure we have everything we need to fulfill our obligations to you, PLEASE place your orders ASAP!
To place your order, please call the bakery at 919-703-0095. Note that payment in full is required as usual.

As usual, you will get a call on Monday 12/22/25 or Tuesday 12/23/25 informing you that your order is ready for pick up as soon as possible. Your pickup flexibility is of the utmost importance. These dates nor times can-not be preset at all. We are unable to do any special things, such as writing, decorating, coloring or cutting in half.
As much as we would like to make special accommodations, we will not be able to get your order earlier; therefore, please do-not place an order if there is any remote chance that your plans may change.
We strive for perfection in our desserts and most importantly, customer satisfaction; therefore, we had no other choice but to limit the number of orders taken this year, in order that we have your order ready in a timely manner!
